Eurobound Strategies
Expert Guidance for Your Next Steps
I know first hand that big moves and bold choices are possible, but they're not always easy or straightforward. My own journey has taken me through five countries studying, working and building a family. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to work on a sled dog farm in Lapland and to go skiing and trekking in Greenland.
Certified as a personal coach, and working at the intersection of coaching and advice, I'll help you identify and set out on the path that is right for you.

What My Clients and Students Say About Me

My husband was VERY impressed with you and felt very satisfied with the session. He brought it up several times throughout the day, and prompted more conversation about the topics we talked about in the session.

I had the privilege of being Dr. Amanda’s Master's student in the International Migration program at the University of Kent (2023–2024), and her mentorship was truly impactful in my academic and personal growth.
She guided me not only through the rigour of ethical, critical research and clearer, more complete thinking, but also helped me navigate what it means to be a woman in the research field and in the humanitarian field.
She offered strategic advice when I felt stuck, both academically and professionally; she gave me valuable advice on career development and how to balance professional goals with personal well-being.
Her insight made a lasting impact on my journey and is still ongoing until today.

Having Dr. Amanda as my Master’s thesis supervisor was truly transformative.
She guided me not only through the challenges of graduate-level research but also through the transition of moving to a new country (as an American myself) while always welcoming my questions with patience and care.
Her ability to explain complex global events and migration theories in clear, relatable terms made her guidance invaluable.
As an American scholar who has built her life abroad, Amanda brings a unique, deeply informed perspective to her field, and her warmth and openness made the academic environment feel like home. I will forever be grateful for her guidance and am proud to call her a lifelong mentor and friend.

Amanda has been an amazing resource for my family as we work on a long-term plan to leave the United States. When we first started working with her, we were considering over 20 countries as potential future homes.
She helped us narrow down to figure out which place suited our needs the best and how we can best establish a permanent move and residency there.
We are now working on this plan, which includes me going back to school to get a degree in our country of choice. Luckily for me, Amanda also offers coaching through graduate school and will be helping me through this process as well.
Amanda is empathetic, organized, and gives clear coaching advice to help you figure out exactly what you need.
